Fraud can have significant consequences on a Not-for-Profit organisation.  This can include damage to the organisation's name, loss of revenue or even the ceasing of operations of the organisation.  All Not-for-Profit organisations, no matter what their size, need to implement policies, procedures and controls that are appropriate to their own organisation.

Lisa has spent many years working with Not-for-Profit organisations to reduce the likelihood of fraud occurring, but when fraud has occurred, Lisa has also worked closely with organisations to investigate the fraud and to help the organisations improve processes that had allowed the fraud to occur.
